HONERAY Technology Co., Ltd. of Hunan Province (hereinafter referred to as “HONERAY”) was established in November 2023. It is an innovative technology enterprise specializing in the research and development of ultra-precision jet polishing technologies and equipment, the ultra-precise and ultra-smooth polishing of optical lenses, and the high-precision polishing of superhard and brittle materials.

Ultra-precision polishing techniques with surface roughness below λ/50 PV (λ = 632.8 nm) include ion-beam polishing, magnetorheological finishing, and jet polishing (abrasive water-jet polishing).

The HRT 300FJP CNC jet polishing machine developed by HONERAY can perform ultra-precision planar polishing of optical components, with the following parameters:

Surface figure accuracy: PV ≤ λ/100, RMS ≤ λ/500;

Lens materials: K9 glass, fused quartz glass, microcrystalline glass, sapphire, cordierite, and others;

Lens dimensions: thickness of 1 mm or greater, and a size of 300 mm or less;

Compared with other polishing techniques, jet polishing delivers comparable surface‑form accuracy, significantly reduced subsurface damage, and greater cost efficiency.

HONERAY has broken through the traditional polishing technology’s ceiling in terms of surface figure accuracy, polishing efficiency, and processing costs. Users no longer have to make the difficult trade-off between “ultimate performance” and “controllable costs,” helping them achieve a “dual liberation of performance and cost”!
